Feelreal VR – Virtual Reality to smell

The VR face mask not only simulates smell, but also touches. Up to ten odours are possible as standard. For example gunpowder or lavender. Further smells can be acquired according to Feelreal.

For the start, the company supports games such as Ready Player One, Skyrim Bar and Death Horizon in addition to its own applications.

The company’s Kickstarter campaign will start on April 9, 2019, with the price for the headset set at almost 200 dollars.

With this development, the company is going in a new direction. In order to become a long-term success, VR must become even more lifelike. This is made possible by the face mask.
