The Wonderscope application, which has already won several prizes, is probably one of the most interesting AR apps for children on the market today. By means of Augmented Reality children take the leading role in the short stories and interact with lovingly designed digital characters. An experience for parents and children alike, which is enthusiastically received by the press:

“I couldn’t help but feel as though I was witnessing the dawn of a new era in child education.” – VR Scout

The focus of the app is learning. In the short stories the English language is to be conveyed, but also topics such as basic knowledge or important messages for life are in focus. Whether in a haunted house, at waterfalls or in the enchanted forest, everything is there to inspire children from the age of six.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the episodes of the otherwise chargeable app are currently free of charge until June 1, 2020. A good moment for parents to inspire their children with an imaginative AR world.
