The corporate world is changing. In order to find candidates for jobs to be filled, companies are embarking on new ways of approaching applicants. In the War for Talents it is important for the personnel to cultivate the employer brand in order to be perceived more positively by applicants than the competition.

In my interview in the Oberbayerisches Volksblatt (OVB) of 15 September 2018. I give an insight into the challenges and possibilities of digital recruiting.
