That Amazon would like to revolutionize the stationary retail trade is at the latest since Amazon Go nothing new. But now they want to enhance the user experience even more. Now the retail giant wants to bring its latest technology closer to consumers: Amazon One.
Amazon One is a fast, convenient, and contactless way for people to use their palm to make payments in a store easier. It is also possible to collect loyalty points or log in to stationary systems. The new Amazon service is designed to provide dedicated data protection and seamless connectivity to users’ accounts.
According to the company, using Amazon One should take less than a minute and, similar to paying for a contact lens, trigger a transaction by wrist.
Interested parties can register for Amazon One in one of the Amazon Go stores. The registration of both palms is possible.
In addition to rolling out the technology at other Amazon Go locations, the company also plans to offer Amazon One technology to third parties such as retail locations, stadiums and office buildings.
