Artificial intelligence is set to reshape the global job market, with the Future of Jobs Report 2025 from the World Economic Forum (WEF) forecasting a net increase of 78 million jobs by 2030. While 92 million positions are expected to be automated out of existence, the report predicts the creation of 170 million new roles as businesses adopt and integrate AI into their operations.
