LinkedIn identifies the trend jobs 2020

Which professions will be particularly relevant for the future? LinkedIn has now prepared a study with the trend occupations for 2020. From the data collected, it was possible to identify 15 occupational profiles that will be in particular demand in the coming years.

In particular, skills and knowledge in the areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning are increasingly required. According to LinkedIn, there are already 19 times as many AI specialists today as there will be in 2015.

The job report provides a comprehensive insight into the fastest-growing jobs in Germany and other European markets. Trend jobs are the occupations that will gain the most importance on the labour market. Linkedin defines occupations that will gain the most importance on the labour market.

In comparison to the other regions examined, what is special for the German market is that the so-called trend jobs are not only created in the metropolises, but everywhere in the country. Even though Berlin is a central location for future-oriented occupations, Bielefeld, for example, has the strongest growth.

Although many of the jobs listed for the future are in the technical field, there is still a demand for activities that focus on personal contact and interpersonal interaction. For all those who are currently looking for a new career direction, it may be interesting to take a detailed look at the study.
