1. „Startup Scaling Strategies with Simple Rules“
Philipp Engelhardt (Groupon’s former CFO for Central Europe, Researcher @University St. Gallen)

How to move from start-up to scale-up? A central challenge is to bridge your strategy and your team’s daily actions. Scaling strategies must be clear to provide focus, but flexible enough to reflect operational learnings. See how Airbnb, Cisco, Google or Netflix overcame this challenge. Learn how to craft your scaling strategy with simple rules.

2. „Business Model Attack“
Jonas Nietschke (Founder Business Attack)

Why are pop songs getting shorter and shorter? Why is it a hole in the wall and not a drill? And why does a turbine manufacturer only calculate in hours? And what does the whole thing have to do with the DNA of your start-up?

The analysis of business models offers a structured and methodical approach to identify opportunities in one’s own business at an early stage, use them systematically and reduce the associated risks at an early stage.

The aim of the workshop is to provide an introduction into business models and to use concrete examples to make a simple application to your own business possible.

3. „Finding the wired in consulting“
Alexander Pinker (Innovation Profiler and Future Strategist) & Geoffrey Hildbrand (Brand and Innovation Strategist)

How can a company be prepared for the future and what does it need to develop new markets from a brand? The answer is in the workshop of Geoffrey Hildebrand and Alexander Pinker, who will go together on the search for the „wired“ in the consulting industry.

4. „Mobility Perspectives: Exploring the Future Mobility Landscape“
Konstantinos Manginis (Strategist, Futurist & Business Developer)

01:30 p.m. Lunch break

2:30 p.m. „Commercial Open Source Business Models“ – Linda Schuster, Head of Operations @RASA
3:00 p.m. „The whole spectrum“ – Graciela Guadarrama, Future Space
03:30 p.m. Coffee break

03:45 p.m. Workshop with everyone: „Where to play and how to win“
Alexander Pinker (Innovation Profiler and Future Strategist) & Geoffrey Hildbrand (Brand and Innovation Strategist)

Technologies and trends are part of all transformation processes. But not every innovation is suitable for every company or industry – is it? Geoffrey Hildebrand and Alexander Pinker take the participants on a search for the next big thing and the corporate innovation fit!

05:00 p.m. Closing time
