Henley Business School Germany – “Looking for the Traces of Change…” (Lecture)

The future is determined by our actions. More and more companies are recognizing a digital shift and deciding that they have to keep up with the times in order to avoid disappearing from the scene sooner or later. My mission as an innovation profiler and futurist is to sensitize companies not to hide behind old processes, but to approach the world of tomorrow openly. Through the lecture “Looking for the Traces of Change” at Monday@Henley at the Henley Business School Germany I wanted to inspire the participants of the future and motivate them to play a central role in it.

The search for innovations often resembles investigating a criminal case. But you can face up to the challenge and the traces left behind by trends and technical innovations. In my lecture I will give a look into the toolbox of the Innovation Profiler and will enable the audience to recognize and apply the developments that are important for them.

My lecture and the following workshop should prepare the audience at Henley Business School Germany in Munich for the world of tomorrow. You should get to know the tools of a futurist and also use them yourself in a practical exercise. In the 21st century, an age of change, it is more important than ever to draw the right conclusions.

Often companies are guided purely by gut instinct when it comes to new developments, but no matter how important gut feeling is, it’s not always right. Only together, whether with employees or with customers, can we shape the future. This was the essential message that the listeners were supposed to take with them.
