Virtual Reality fulfils a dream people have had for a long time. You can go anywhere you want without effort. Whether in a foreign country or a fantasy world. With VR, dreams come true. VR owns the future, a conviction that I have held since my first contact with the technology. On this topic I was a guest in the talk show doschauher. tv of the Technical University Deggendorf.
In the near future, VR will become a part of our everyday life as the internet or smartphone has become. As a trend observer and futurist, one sometimes dares to take a look into the future and if it still seems, the signs are good. Thus VR has the potential to give a new meaning to the vacation on balconies. VR can be used to relax or do sports in unusual places. It will also change the Internet as we know it. With Social VR from Facebook or the VR Browser from Mozilla, the foundations have been laid which will pave our way into the virtual world.
